Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your account at any time. Please note that you must cancel your account in order to avoid receiving recurring emails and reminders from us regarding your account and tutoring sessions. If you cancel your account, the cancellation will become effective immediately and you will be removed from our calendar of tutoring appointments. You will still have access to the lessons and materials that you have purchased until the end of your yearly subscription period.

Refunds WILL NOT be provided for any account subscription. We DO NOT provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for account subscriptions that are cancelled mid-year. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your yearly subscription period. If reason for cancellation is due to purchasing an incorrect level or product, we may be able to switch your subscription to the appropriate level or product that fits your needs. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
